In 1980, Miami Missionary Tent built it's first tents for missionaries who were planting churches around the world. We knew it had to be a tent superior to what was being offered in our country. Most tents can't be left up year round because they are simply not strong enough. To manufacture a tent with this strength, here are a few of the unique things we do that our competitors do not: Triple stitched seams rather than double. No one does that and we even use 207 thread rather than 138. It is a much stronger & thicker thread. Seatbelts on every vertical and horizontal seam. All steel to steel connections that are hot-dip galvanized like coated nails for 30 year rust resistance! Many companies allow the vinyl in their tents to do much of the work. That is why they are often damaged in a mild storm. All our vinyl has to do is fight the sun and allow the strength of the tent construction to battle the storms.
Frank Wolking, with Sons and Brother Events, is a customer of ours in Colorado. He has used every style of tent we offer. He shared this quote about our tents: "We used Miami Tents for the first time this year. Everyone here was extremely impressed by the beauty and quality built into the tents. Our big 77' x 125' premium oval kept the customers comfortable regardless of the weather conditions. The 36' round tent made a great merchandise sales center. The 21' x 57' was our covered picnic area and the 20' x 20' and 20' x 30' were perfect for the main admission gate and performers green room. The tents are so beautifully made and create such a pleasant atmosphere for the user I think there is an uplifting effect on the customer. We just want to thank you and your staff for continuing to produce such a high quality offering for the tent market. Miami Tent is just one more example of the value of keeping quality and integrity first. Keep up the good work."
Continuous research and development, evaluation and testing, insures that Miami Missionary Tents are designed to be the strongest, most reliable and longest lived pole tents in America.
