Superior Design and Materials
In 1980, Miami Missionary Tent began to build tents for ministries around the world. Initially they were used for planting churches. They needed to be left up year round to accomplish this so we knew we had to design a superior but affordable tent. We went with a pole tent design and use a unique tent vinyl laminate made to our specifications to stand 2 to 3 times longer than industry standard.
The fabric in the 18oz laminate is extra thick with 1800 x 2000 denier polyester (Dacron). Most companies only use 1000 x 1000 denier. Our vinyl is literally 100% stronger! It also contains extra titanium dioxide. This enables our vinyl to exceed all others in sun resistance, abrasion resistance and length of life.
